A series of 50-minute documentaries exploring the lives and works of exceptional and influential 20th Century artists including Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Frances Bacon, Eric Gill, and Antony Gormley. In each case, newly-filmed artworks are accompanied by a specially recorded soundtrack drawn solely from the artist’s interviews, letters, and writings.
In the summer of 2009, artist Antony Gormley, best known for his iconic Angel of the North, created One & Other for the 4th Plinth in London’s Trafalgar Square.
